IMPERONEX RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At IMPERONEX, we want you to shop with confidence. In addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, we offer a 30-day return period subject to the terms below.
30-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, the product should be returned in its original condition, with all included components, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect the product as you would reasonably do when purchasing it in a physical store. We reserve the right to reduce a refund where permitted by applicable law if the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@imperonex.com. Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Where required by applicable consumer law, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns made because you have changed your mind under our voluntary 30-day return policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by IMPERONEX.
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, IMPERONEX will provide an appropriate solution for the return or associated reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@imperonex.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before it is processed or dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
